Financial Assistance: Everybody goes to camp! We have three kinds of assistance available for families that need help in sending their kids to camp. You may only choose one type of assistance that works best for your family: Multiple Student Discount, Partial Scholarship, or a Beyond 50% Scholarship.

  • Multiple Student Discount: The Multiple Student Discount is available if you are registering 2 or more siblings within the same family. They must register at the same time for one of the YC Camps. The discount is 15% for 2 children and 25% for 3 or more children. Please select one of the first two registration options for this discount if all of your students are in YC (if you have students in both YC and CK, please see below**). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

**If you have students attending both YouthCulture Camp and ChurchKids Camp, please come to First Time Registration to receive your discount code that will work for both YouthCulture and ChurchKids Camp registrations. Please make sure to select one of the bottom two registration options in order to use the multi-child coupon code.  

  • Partial Scholarship: The Partial Scholarship may be requested if your family is in a situation where your child(ren) will not be able to attend camp without financial assistance. The scholarship amount given during this registration process is 1/2 of the registration fee per child. You will be asked specific questions during the registration process and may be contacted if we need additional information before we apply the partial scholarship. Please select the Partial Scholarship option of the appropriate camp when registering. You will be charged half of the regular registration fee, per child, at the time you complete registration. The fee is fully refundable if your request for scholarship is denied for any reason. 

 

  • Beyond 50% Scholarship: If you need additional assistance beyond the Partial Scholarship, please come to First Time Registration starting at 2:00 PM for MS Camp on Sunday, July 8th and 1:30 PM for HS Camp on Wednesday, July 11th. to fill out a Beyond 50% Scholarship request form.  Please note that we do not offer full scholarships. Our team is in the office Monday-Thursday and will get back to you about your request within 1-2 business days. Please select one of the bottom two Scholarship options when using a Beyond 50% Scholarship coupon code.

Authorization and Waiver: I authorize the camper named in this camp registration to participate in all of the activities at Churchome's 2018 YC Camp, including activities such as swimming and other water activities, trampolines, obstacle courses, inflatable bouncers and other inflatable equipment, skateboarding, disc golf, basketball, boating, bouldering wall, soccer, volleyball, paintball, archery, high ropes course, moto-x (dirt bikes), and vehicle transportation to and from activities. I give permission to any leader at the camp to administer medication and authorize medical treatment reasonably necessary for the camper and permission to the attending health care provider to provide treatment and bill my insurance. I understand that while the church will take reasonable precautions, the camp involves risk and the possibility of unforeseeable risks. I understand that photographs or videos of the camper may be taken at the camp and I give Churchome full right and permission to use the camper’s name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness (as those terms are defined in RCW 63.60) in any manner and for any purpose deemed appropriate by the church. In exchange for Churchome allowing the camper to participate in the camp, I waive and I release and discharge Churchome, City Ministries, their related ministries and organizations, and each of their elders, directors, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, members, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the camp. I also agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Churchome and each of the other parties listed above with regard to such claims, losses or expenses, including without limitation any claims made by or on behalf of the camper. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AUTHORIZATION AND WAIVER. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING AND RELEASING ANY CLAIMS. IF THE CAMPER IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, THEN AS THE CAMPER’S PARENT OR GUARDIAN I AM AGREEING TO THIS AUTHORIZATION AND WAIVER FORM BOTH IN MY OWN CAPACITY AS PARENT OR GUARDIAN AND IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE CAMPER.
