CHURCHKIDS CAMP

Your ChurchKid won't want to miss camp! Get ready for a crazy adventure as we spend 3 days playing games, creating crafts, and worshipping and learning about Jesus. ChurchKids Camp is our favorite week of the year!
**ONSITE REGISTRATION will be available starting at 8:45 AM**
We have 2 camps happening this year at our Kirkland location.
What's Happening: Each day will consist of an amazing service, snacks, craft time, lunch time, and tons of fun activities! Drop off every day will be at 9:00 AM and pickup will be at 3:00 PM.
What to Bring: Please send your child(ren) with sunscreen on, a packed lunch, and comfortable shoes to walk in. **Please note that we are asking ALL campers to bring a packed lunch this year.**
Financial Assistance: Every child goes to camp! We have three kinds of assistance available for families that need help in sending their kids to camp. You may only choose one type of assistance that works best for your family: a Multiple Child Discount, a Partial Scholarship, or a Beyond 50% Scholarship.

Lynnwood Bus
We will be providing transportation from the Lynnwood Chuck E. Cheese's to the Kirkland Campus and back to the Lynnwood Chuck E. Cheese's for $30 per child for all 3 days of camp. (No proration for less than 3 days.) Advance sign-up/payment is required during this registration process if you are interested in taking advantage of this option. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come basis. (Buses will pick up at 8am at the Lynnwood Chuck E. Cheese's, dropping off at the Kirkland Campus, and pick-up from the Kirkland Campus at 3:30pm, dropping off at the Lynnwood Chuck E. Cheese's at approximately 4:15pm.)
Downtown Bus
We will be providing transportation from the Downtown Campus to the Kirkland Campus and back to the Downtown Campus for $30 per child for all 3 days of camp. (No proration for less than 3 days.) Advance sign-up/payment is required during this registration process if you are interested in taking advantage of this option. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come basis. (Buses will pick up at 8am at the Downtown Campus, dropping off at the Kirkland Campus, and pick up from the Kirkland Campus at 3:30pm, dropping off at the Downtown Campus at approximately 4:15pm.)
Please note that we will do our best to accommodate buddy requests, but cannot guarantee pairings.
Camper shirts will be handed out on the first day of camp.
**If applicable, please bring medications in original container for Med Team at Camp.
**If your child has any serious food allergies, please make sure to pack them a separate lunch and 2 snacks for each day of camp they will be attending.
Authorization and Waiver: I authorize my child named in this camp registration to participate in all of the activities at Churchome's 2018 ChurchKids Camp, including but not limited to inflatable bouncers and other inflatable equipment, trampolines, obstacle courses, activities that involve running, jumping, and throwing, and vehicle transportation to and from activities. I give permission to any leader at the camp to administer medication and authorize medical treatment reasonably necessary for my child and permission to the attending health care provider to provide treatment and bill my insurance. I understand that while the church will take reasonable precautions, the camp involves risk and the possibility of unforeseeable risks. I understand that photographs or videos of my child may be taken at the camp and I give the church full right and permission to use my child’s name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness (as those terms are defined in RCW 63.60) in any manner and for any purpose deemed appropriate by the church. In exchange for the church allowing my child to participate in the camp, I waive and I release and discharge Churchome, City Ministries, their related ministries and organizations, and each of their elders, directors, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, members, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the camp. I also agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Churchome and each of the other parties listed above with regard to such claims, losses or expenses, including without limitation any claims made by or on behalf of my child. I have read and fully understand this Authorization and Waiver. I understand that I am waiving and releasing any claims. I am agreeing to this Authorization and Waiver both in my own capacity as parent or guardian and in a representative capacity on behalf of my child.
I agree with this authorization and release as it is written.
Cancellations will be accepted and fees refundable through Thursday, June 7th, 2018. No refunds will be given after that date. Registration fees are non-transferable. To cancel your registration, please contact [email protected].
